These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and the Delta Executor team ("Delta", "we", "us") regarding your use of the Delta applications and the deltaxecutor.download website. By installing Delta or using the website, you accept these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Delta. If you are under 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian review these Terms and accept them on your behalf.
2. License to Use Delta
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Delta application for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not redistribute, sell, sublicense, or reverse-engineer Delta, except to the extent that local law explicitly forbids that restriction.
3. Roblox Terms of Service
You acknowledge that Roblox Corporation's Terms of Service prohibit the use of script executors. Delta is an independent third-party utility and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. You are solely responsible for any consequences arising from your use of Delta with the Roblox client, including but not limited to account bans, suspensions, or restrictions imposed by Roblox.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Delta to:
- Grief, harass, or harm other players.
- Circumvent Roblox's economy at scale.
- Distribute malware, keyloggers, or credential stealers.
- Impersonate Delta staff or Roblox staff.
- Use Delta in any jurisdiction where script executors are illegal.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent the Delta key system.
5. Script Hub Rules
Scripts you upload to the Delta Script Hub must be your own original work or properly attributed open-source code. We reserve the right to remove any script that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Use of any third-party script is at your own risk; Delta does not guarantee the safety or behavior of scripts in the Hub.
6. Intellectual Property
Delta, the Delta logo, the deltaxecutor.download name, and the look-and-feel of the applications are owned by the Delta team and protected by international copyright and trademark law. You may reference these marks in honest, non-commercial reviews and instructional content.
7. Disclaimers
DELTA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT DELTA WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DELTA'S AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF DELTA WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU HAVE PAID TO DELTA IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. IN NO EVENT WILL DELTA BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
9. Termination
These Terms remain in effect until terminated. You may terminate them at any time by uninstalling Delta and discontinuing use of the website. We may terminate or suspend your access if you breach these Terms, if Roblox Corporation formally requests the discontinuation, or if the Delta project is wound down for any reason.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be posted at deltaxecutor.download/terms.html with the effective date at the top. For material changes, we provide at least 14 days' notice through the in-app banner and the Discord.
11. Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Berlin, Germany.
