DMCA Notice & Takedown

How to report infringing Delta mirrors, false impersonators, and stolen scripts — and how to file a counter-notice if you believe a takedown was in error.

Delta treats intellectual-property claims seriously. We have a designated DMCA agent, a 48-hour response window, and an internal review process for every report. This page describes what we accept, what we do with it, and how to contact us.

1. Filing a Notice

Send your notice to legal@deltaxecutor.download with the subject line DMCA Notice — <infringing URL>. The notice must include:

  1. The URL(s) of the infringing material.
  2. A description of the original work that has been infringed.
  3. Your full legal name and contact details (postal address, phone, email).
  4. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Plain-text email is fine. We do not require a fax or postal copy. We do not accept anonymous notices.

2. What We Do

  • Acknowledge receipt within 24 hours.
  • Confirm the infringing URL is reachable and identifies itself as Delta or uses a Delta-related mark.
  • Take down the infringing material, or block access at our CDN / firewall level.
  • Notify the operator of the infringing site (where reachable) and give them an opportunity to file a counter-notice.

The median end-to-end turnaround for confirmed infringing mirrors in 2026 has been under 18 hours.

3. Counter-Notice

If you are the operator of a site we have taken down, and you believe the takedown was in error or that the relevant work is not actually infringing, you may file a counter-notice to legal@deltaxecutor.download. The counter-notice must contain:

  1. Your full legal name, postal address, phone, and email.
  2. A description of the material that was removed and the URL at which it appeared.
  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  4. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.
  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

4. Designated Agent

Delta's designated DMCA agent is reachable at legal@deltaxecutor.download. Postal correspondence is accepted at the address on file with the U.S. Copyright Office (request the latest address from the email inbox).

5. Repeat Infringers

Repeat infringers (operators who host the same infringing Delta mirror after being taken down) are blocked at the network level through our CDN. We share the list of blocked operators with major hosting providers and registrar partners.

6. Notice Abuse

Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice is itself a violation of federal law (17 U.S.C. § 512(f)). Delta pursues perjury claims against any party that uses the DMCA process to harass legitimate users or to suppress honest commentary.
