This policy describes the data collected by the Delta Executor desktop and mobile applications and the deltaxecutor.download website. By installing Delta or using this site, you agree to the practices described below.
1. Data We Collect

2. Data We Do NOT Collect
- Your Roblox account credentials, session cookies, or session tokens.
- Your Roblox inventory, balance, trade history, or any other in-game data.
- Your contacts, photos, microphone, camera, or location.
- Browsing history outside of deltaxecutor.download.
- Your Delta scripts. The scripts you save to your Delta account are end-to-end encrypted and Delta's staff cannot read them.
3. How We Use Data
Delta uses the data above exclusively for the purposes listed in the table. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data with third parties for advertising or analytics purposes. We never share your data with Roblox Corporation.
4. Third-Party Processors
We share a minimum slice of data with three processors — listed below, contract-bound to use the data only for the named purpose:
- Cloudflare — CDN, DDoS protection, edge caching. Receives your IP, browser fingerprint, request URL.
- Partner network (Linkvertise / Adwork) — mobile key verification only. Receives an anonymized device ID, nothing else.
- Stripe — paid Delta Cloud subscriptions. Receives your billing details directly; we never see your card number.
5. Security
Delta's servers are hosted on a SOC 2 Type II cloud provider, with TLS 1.3 enforced everywhere and quarterly third-party penetration tests. Passwords are stored using Argon2id. API keys are rotated every 90 days. We have an open bug bounty — see the contact page for the security inbox.
6. Your Rights
You can:
- Request a copy of all data Delta holds about you.
- Request deletion of your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of the optional analytics stream.
To exercise any of these, write to privacy@deltaxecutor.download. We respond within 30 days. EU and UK users have the additional rights described in the GDPR — they are also handled through the same inbox.
7. Children
Delta is not designed for, marketed to, or appropriate for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we discover we have inadvertently done so, we delete the data within 7 days. Roblox Corporation's Terms of Use have a similar minimum age; please respect both.
8. Changes to This Policy
We update this page whenever our practices change in a material way. The most recent change is dated at the top. We do not silently expand what we collect — any new category of data triggers an in-app banner asking for fresh consent.
